Deleting your data.

You can remove Instagram access, delete specific content or delete your whole account at any time.

Disconnect Instagram

  1. Sign in and open Creators → Connections.
  2. Choose Disconnect on the Instagram account.
  3. We delete the access tokens immediately and cancel posts that haven’t been published.

Remove Yarneen AI from Instagram

  1. In Instagram, open Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations).
  2. Remove Yarneen AI.
  3. Instagram notifies us and we delete the access tokens and cancel unpublished posts.
  4. To also erase the stored username, permissions and insights, request data deletion in Instagram. We process it and give you a confirmation code to check the status.

Delete specific content

  1. Delete any Character, automation, upload or generated image from its page.
  2. Deleting a Character also deletes its images and private model files.

Delete your whole account

  1. Open Settings → Privacy and choose Delete account.
  2. You can download a copy of your data first from the same page.
  3. Account data is deleted after a short grace period; backups expire on their normal cycle.

Can’t sign in? Email contact@yarneen.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete your data, including anything received from Instagram, and confirm by email.
